2. Hosting, delivery and server logs
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit, IONOS processes connection data, including IP address, date and time, requested address, HTTP status, data volume, referrer, browser and operating-system information.
This processing supports reliable delivery, error analysis and abuse prevention. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional website. The operator does not create her own visitor statistics. Retention of server logs depends on the host's technical settings and retention periods. 3. Cookies
The website itself does not set cookies or use external tracking services. Images and fonts are loaded from its own IONOS webspace.
4. Enquiry form
When you use the enquiry form, the information you enter is processed to review your request and, where applicable, prepare a quote or appointment. The data processed includes your name, email address, requested service and styling scope, event date, location, number of people and preferred contact method. Your phone number, chosen package, desired finish time and free-text message are optional.
Fields marked with an asterisk and confirmation that you have read this Privacy Policy are required for structured processing. Without these details, the enquiry cannot be reviewed through the form. This confirmation is not consent under data-protection law.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry is made with a view to entering into a contract. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies to general communication and protection of the form against spam and automated attacks. The legitimate interest is to process genuine enquiries reliably and keep the service secure.
Valid enquiries are passed to the operator through IONOS's mail infrastructure. The recipient is the published contact address hanse-beauty@gmx.de, whose mailbox provider is GMX / 1&1 Mail & Media GmbH. The website does not store form contents in its own database or log messages. Retention in the email mailbox follows section 5. A technical sending failure displays an error and offers direct contact.
To prevent abuse, the server accepts at most five enquiries per IP address within ten minutes. A verification value derived using a secret, locally generated key and submission times are stored in protected temporary files outside the public website directory. No plain-text IP addresses, names or messages are stored there. Expired timestamps are removed on the next check; subsequent requests clean up old verification files.
5. Contact by email or phone
If you contact Raquel by email or phone, the information you provide is processed to respond to your request and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication; otherwise it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in responding to your message. Recipients may include the email and telecommunications providers used.
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted once processing is complete and retention is no longer required for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Where a contract is entered into, data is retained for as long as necessary to perform it and to comply with statutory retention and limitation periods. It is then deleted or its processing is restricted.
6. Instagram link
This website does not embed an Instagram feed or social-media tracking. Clicking the clearly identified Instagram link opens Instagram’s external website. Only then do that provider’s privacy terms apply.
7. Analytics, marketing and external content
No analytics or marketing services, remote fonts, maps, videos or social-media embeds are loaded. The website itself does not set cookies. If this changes, this policy and any required consent management will be updated before use.
8. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Under Article 21 GDPR, you may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. To exercise your rights, contact the controller using the details in section 1.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. In Hamburg, you can contact the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 22, 20459 Hamburg, Germany, by phone on +49 40 42854-4040 or by email at mailbox@datenschutz.hamburg.de. 10. Automated decision-making
No automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR and no profiling takes place. The technical spam and bot check merely determines whether an enquiry can be accepted for further processing and has no legal effect on the person submitting it.
11. Objection to promotional emails
The use of contact details published as part of the legal notice obligation to send unsolicited advertising or information materials is expressly prohibited. Legal action remains reserved in the event of unsolicited promotional information, including spam emails.
